Product Warranty FAQs
Sunrise windows and doors provide years of beauty and comfort with very little maintenance needed. However, if any part of your Sunrise window or door does not perform as we say, we WILL replace it! We guarantee this through our Lifetime Non-Prorated Transferable Warranty. Click Here to register your warranty.
The Manufacturer’s Warranty Number can be found on the inside main frame of most types of Sunrise Windows on the sash sticker that runs along the side of the sash. It will appear as a 6-digit number followed by a (-) and a number. For entry doors, it is your responsibility to maintain a copy of your paperwork, as the outside frame of the door will be inaccessible after installation.
The Sunrise window and sliding door warranty covers the entire window or sliding glass door and it is fully transferable to a second property owner, adding an extra incentive to potential buyers of your home should you decide to sell it. When we claim the whole window, we are serious. For entry doors, the lifetime warranty covers the door panel and glass frame, the decorative or clear glass unit, and door frame. It is also transferable to a second homeowner. For more information, visit this link – Read My Warranty.
The warranty for Sunrise windows and doors does not cover broken glass. We do cover seal failure, and will provide a replacement glass unit in case of incident.
