Can I buy windows directly from you?

It’s one of the most frequently asked questions that we get from homeowners.

The answer is no … we don’t sell windows directly to the public. That, of course, begs the question, why not?

I guess you could say that we adhere to the philosophy of “Do what you do best.” We have a singular focus on building the best looking, best performing window and door products in the marketplace — one at a time, as they are ordered.

Maybe one of the reasons that you are here is that you’ve read somewhere else, or someone has told you, that we do a pretty good job of that.

And we leave the marketing, designing, installing and servicing of our replacement windows and doors to the professionals who make those things their focus. We choose to market our products through vetted, authorized home improvement professionals across 36 states; basically everywhere east of the Rockies, and let them do what they do best.

So, how do we go about choosing a dealer in a marketplace? Even though authorized Sunrise Windows and Doors dealers aren’t employees, agents or franchisees, we are very particular in our vetting process.

Quality, Not Quantity

Even in large markets, we limit the number of dealers we choose to work with.

Customer-Centric Choices

We look at the other product choices a dealer has made. Those picks tell us a lot about whether a dealer is in business just to make money, or to provide the best possible product choices for their homeowner customers and make a living as well.

Go Local

We choose professionals who concentrate in localized markets who would know you and your area much better than we do. Businesses that have ties to the community and can provide employment opportunities in your city or state. Local folks that can get to you quickly to help you solve your home improvement issues, and answer your product and installation questions.

Entrepreneurs, Not "McSunrise"

Unfortunately, many of the business owners of current window and door franchises come from anywhere other than the home improvement business. We deal with business owners that know the business and have their personal reputations tied to how well their companies take care of their customers.

Service After the Sale

We check reviews, BBB rating’s and even talk to previous customers to make sure we find the right dealer partners.
